Eastbourne is a wonderful example
of a fine English resort, offering a variety of entertainment
to suit all ages. Situated between the downs and the sea,
Eastbourne traditionally hosts many major events such as
the famous 'Airborne show' and annual International lawn
tennis championships.
Eastbourne has received a number of accolades over the past
five years including "Best UK Resort", the South
East England Tourist Board's "Tourism Destination of
the Year" and national awards such as the "Most
Welcoming Town in Britain" and "The Sunshine Coast".
The local beaches have consistently been awarded the Seaside
